Wireless Charger

When I upgrade my phone to a Samsung S20 FE, I ordered a wireless charger, however this lights up, then goes off (as per instructions) but does not connect to my phone.

Is there something I am not doing, it doesnt work on my husband's new Samsung S20 either.

 

If it is not working, can I send it back for a refund?

Have you tried moving the phone around the pad? The S20 charging point is near the top of the device.

You have to move it really slowly as it doesn't activate straight away (I know it's really fiddly as I have the S20 Pro) 

 

If it still doesn't work then call EE CS on 150 and arrange for it to be returned.
