Sim upgrade hasn’t activated

Hi 

I’ve recently upgraded and have been sent a new sim, followed all instructions to activate online and 48hrs later still have no network with my old phone saying my number is now being used on another device. HELP 😩

Have you tried both SIMs in your new phone? I'd imagine one of them would be live.

 

If that fails, I would recommend a call to EE C/S (call on 0800 0798586 from any other phone) to investigate your account further.

 

For future reference, replacement SIMs are often supplied with upgrade phones incase your existing one is unsuitable for any reason. If an existing SIM works in an upgrade phone, you are free (and much better off) to continue using it.
