I work for the NHS, I have used the unlimited data since COVID. 

when trying to log into EE perks in order to get discounted contract plan, when I go to register it states that my email is already registered, when I try to log in and press forgotten password, I reset my password and it says my account is deactivated as I haven’t activated my account within an allocated time. 

myself and my mom are struggling with this and would like some help please as cannot get onto this at all and only have 30 days in order to update this to my contract plan after upgrade.
