Apparently NNTP isn't traffic-managed :
https://ee.co.uk/content/dam/ee-help/help-pdfs/ee-broadband-traffic-management-policy.pdf
My NNTP provider gives me a speed of 50Mbps, but i'm only getting 16.
Download speeds of all other protocols are great.
Is NNTP traffic managed ?

@blipblop Your link is i’m referring to mobile devices. Ie something with a SIM card. Are you using a mobile router or fixed line router.
Also EE don’t throttle your speed.

@Chris_B is quite right. Your link is referring to mobile devices. The correct TM KFI for EE BB is EE Broadband Traffic Management Policy T&Cs
Even so, EE does not TM anything.

Most NNTP servers allow various ports to be used, have you tried others?

Thanks all, i'll contact the NNTP provider and also look at the non-SSL port options.

So my newsgroup provider (Tweak news) don't limit my rate and EE say they don't limit my rate.
FTP is full speed, software updates and Windows downloads are full speed, only NNTP is staying at 2MB(ytes)PS.
The PC is wired to the router and the newsgroup software isn't speed capped.
What else could it be ?
