I have ordered iphone 13 pro max about three weeks ago and still not got it yet. Any reasons?

I suggest you try using the search as there are many threads like this. There are no devices and those Apple have made are either somewhere at sea or waiting to be shipped. 

 

There is a global shipping delay which will impact everything if not now eventually.

 

You will just have to wait and keep checking order tracking.
