Unable to use credit

I have 495 minutes, unlimited texts and 3.8GB remaining until 01/11/2021 for my £10 Pack but am unable to send texts or make phone calls. Why is that?

@ECW Do you have a signal showing on the device? Have you tried restarting the device? Is this just to one number or all numbers?
