Been on the phone over a hour now waiting for someone to answer to send samsung watch back because I cant transver the data and and now because iam anored iam canceling bt Internet and ill stay with current provider thank you , never experience anything so apoloning in my life my job I would of been sacked

@Ecorb So your not happy when calling customer services who are extremely busy with other callers and just because you called it doesn’t mean you’ll get put through straight the way. You have to be patient when calling, your not being ignored as they don’t know who is calling at anyone time until they actually take your call.
Your BT broadband has nothing to do with EE they are separate companies.
you can not transfer any data from any watch tariff and that data is only for the watch and it always has been. It doesn’t even say you can gift data when you look at the tariffs online so it’s not even advertised as you can.
