4Gee Modem/Router Slower Than iPhone Right Next To Each Other.

This is doing my head in.

I've got a 4Gee Home Router on the unlimited plan thats often only getting 5-9mb on a speed test (with device directly plugged in via ethernet) and over 150mb+ from my iPhone 12 on EE 4G sitting right next to it. Both with the same service bars, both with the same 4G only setting configured.

Is there a profile, an APN or something that could be setup different in the devices? I cant understand the significant different, especially when both have full bars.

Has anyone noticed significant performance difference between their 4Gee router and their mobile LTE?

I use the 4Gee for my home internet and often end up tethering my mobile, which is costly and inefficient.

Thanks for any help.

Out of interest have you swopped the Sims over between each device and do you get the same results.

Hi There... Yes - Swapped Sims over and getting the same result. So doesn't seem to be the Sim cards - looks like its the 4Gee device.
