Hi EE community
my son has moved out of the family home due to us falling out I currently pay for his line we DO NOT TALK (his choice) can I change it to his name and him to pay for it himself without him being their as he won’t come to the house

We would need to speak to your son to transfer the account into his name and perform the credit check. If you would like to request this please call us on 150 and the team will go through everything with you.
