Upgraded new phone hasnt arrived

I purchased a phone upgrade on the 13th August and the website stated that I would receive it Next Day Delivery via DPD. It has now been 7 days and I have not received any information regarding when my phone will arrive. There isnt any information about the delivery through DPD. I have called 150 to get help and was told that he was having  technical problems  will call me back in 5 minutes. It has now been over 2 hours. I am wasting so much time trying to get in contact with someone, Im thinking that I would be better off cancelling my upgrade and membership with EE the service has been atrocious.

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened.

 

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and see what is happening with your order.
