Where is my order?

Upgraded my phone on Saturday 4th December and paid £50 for upgrade, but haven’t heard anything since.

Can someone tell me when to expect my order please?

I know. It’s just the fact that it’s been nearly a week and I haven’t heard anything. Has my order gone through?
