Where is my order?

I placed an order on the 22nd May. I received my confirmation email saying it’s on it way but nothing since then. I understand things are very difficult at the moment but it’s frustrating with the lack of communication. Is there a current process in place outlining the the expected delay when ordering?

if the order tracker doesnt display any information call freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to assist you.

Unfortunately I have no hope with calling them due to the limited number of colleagues working to help vulnerable customers what else can I do?
