Do you encourage photos or prefer not to have them. They take up a lot of memory so maybe crowd your system.

This isn't a social media platform where you can just store photos.

They allow photos so people can upload them to help them show the issues they may have. (All photos need to be approved to make sure there is no personal information on show)
