Call history from July and August 2024

Hello,

I need to get hold of my call log from July, Augusy and Setptember 2024 - I am unable to find these on the EE app or website, and would like to know how to request these.

If you had itemised billing active at the time, look at those bills. If not, look at your phone's call log.

You can request a copy of your personal data via a Subject Access Request - https://ee.co.uk/help/cyber-security/getting-started/request-my-personal-data - call logs are normally 6months limit, but can be 12months in some limited circumstances.
