I pay for my daughter to have unlimited calls but at present she can’t make any calls to even people in the UK and gets the message saying she has reached her spend cap but there is no spend cap on her plan

Is your daughter trying to call a standard 01/02/03-prefixed landline, or UK mobile? If she texts BALANCE to 150, what does she receive by response?

How long has your daughter had this problem? Can she send & receive texts and use mobile data?

What is the response if she texts BALANCE to 150?
