Upgraded sim only on 10 Aug haven’t received it?

Upgraded on 10th August for a sim only deal received a confirmation email saying it was being processed and will let me know when it’s on the way haven’t had anything else??

@Ch4rl3y   Has you new plan started on your current SIM card ?   Do you need a new SIM card ? If your current sim works ok and your new plan has started you don’t need a new a SIM card.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Nope new plan hasn’t started, it says on email you might not receive a sim but a text message with download content to upgrade but haven’t had that either
