Unable to login ee perks

Hi

 

I can't login to ee perks. I have tried  resetting password but I don't receive anything, I've checked both work email and my emails spam folders. I have tried to re-register,  but it says unable to as I am already registered, can someone please tell me what I need to do to login

Can I just check, when you try to login what message do you get?
