Cancelling my contract

I'm out of contract soon and wondered if I can visit my local EE store to give my 30 day notice period?

You can read the process for issuing cancellation notice on an EE mobile account on this EE help page 

You can either call 150 from your mobile, or write to EE by post.

I don't know for sure, but I suspect if you visited an EE store, they may allow you to call EE C/S from there. To the best of my knowledge they're not able to process the disconnection themselves.
