Trying to upgrade, upfront cost taken, but no confirmation

I am trying to upgrade my phone, and I am stuck on a holding page where money has left my account but I have no confirmation email and it won't leave the page I am, but my money has left my bank account?! No live chat to get a hold of EE, can't call as the webpage I am ordering from is on my phone...what gives EE?!

I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call.
The web page won't disappear from your phone unless you close the tab in your browser.
