Missing order?

I ordered a new phone on contract, order number *redacted*. When I try to track it online I get a message saying they are unable to give me any details right now.

 

I also have a mysterious email in my spam folder saying:

"Hi Thank you for placing your order with EE. We hope to get your order fulfilled very soon, however there is a discrepancy between the Account and the order form. If you could please get the Account Holder to give us a call on 0800 079 0531, with your XKO ready"

 

Is this legitimate??

@BobzBlobz  A XKO number is an order number not a tracking number.  And this is a public forum that you should be posting that number on. The email has been popped into your spam folder because your Mail client did that because it thought it was spam.  And yet it’s actually referencing what you’ve actually done placed an order so give him a call on that numbers 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

as I'm not sure who the "Account Holder" is. Cannot find anywhere in my account how to see or update this. Everywhere I can see my details it has my own name, but as mentioned when I called 150 it greeted me with my dad's name, so I don't know who EE thinks is the account holder.
