I called 150 to ask about a different issue, and was greeted with "Hi A******".
A****** is my dad who set up the account initially, but I thought I had changed all of the account details to my own including billing etc. My name is R****.
Where else do I need to change this??

@BobzBlobz How did you change this ? As only the account holder can request a change of ownership of an account and that’s done via calling customer services by the account holder and whoever is taking ownership of the account present.
Just change the names of the online account is not a change of ownership.

Ok thanks was not aware of this anywhere. It has been a long time so I do not remember whether we called or went into a store or did neither. Is there somewhere I can see the account holder? Otherwise I will not know who has to do the calling.
