Netflix add on

Hi,

Does anyone know how to activate the Netflix add-on?

The link I received by SMS just takes me to the standard Netflix account page where I'm asked to pay as normal.

Can't get through to EE on 150 and there's no online support.

how does one get in contact with this "mobile care" team?  Your link just takes me to a random page on the website...

Received text but link isn't working...  Anyone has any solutions on this forum?  Many complaints but no solutions it seems 😞

"Call EE" is an infuriating response especially when calling EE leads to a dropped call after waiting and waiting and being put on to different departments.

Hi @cgs101

Thanks for coming to the community.

To help you with setting up your Netflix, I've sent you a private message for some extra details.

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

Could you help me with this as well. My link does not work.

Thanks

Hi,   Based on my experience as a 100% satisfied EE customer reading you say you can’t get help from EE with your problem surprises me… I’ve never been less than completely happy with how EE have deals with any problem or query I’ve contacted them about. Using the 150 number to speak to someone at EE should get you to the correct person you need to speak to (you might have to be transferred to them so be patient…). I hope you get your Netflix up & running soon, and I’m certain EE will do everything they can to help (a lot of times the problem is down to the customer not EE but they’ll still help solve it).

It sounds as if you are relying entirely on the EE website to help with your problem. EE provide the 150 number so we can speak to a human if we wish… I once had a problem activating my Apple Music free(?) subscription and after contacting EE on 150 they helped get it up and running. A problem can arise when trying to start using Apple Music as an EE customer if you currently have an active paid Apple Music subscription but EE helped me get past that problem and start using Apple Music as an EE smart plan customer. Give 150 a tinkle and I’m certain EE will get you listening to Apple Music in no time at all!
