I'm trying to "upgrade" to an 18 month SIM only contract with a Smart Benefit.
Despite the bait webpage advertising that Apple Music is available as a Smart Benefit on the 18 month contract, it isn't then available when it comes to selecting the Smart Benefit. There's only a very limited list comprising Netflix, BT Sport and EE's data and roaming passes.
Apple Music is missing from the list but is present for two year contracts.
Is this just a bug in the list of selectable Smart Benefits or misleading advertising?

Welcome to the community.
I've just did a test on the website and it's allowing me to choose the Apple Music smart benefit on an 18 month SIM only plan. That's adding as a new line as opposed to an upgrade though.
The benefits should be the same though. If you're not getting the option, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into that for you.

It's definitely not working for me when I try to select the contract as an upgrade.
It does work for 24 month upgrade contracts though.
