Trying to top up the data for my mini WiFi - after going round in circles I have eventually found the top up page - BUT - It asks me to tick the 'I'm not a robot' box - but it doesn't exist!
There isn't a place to tick anything - this is driving me nuts - there has to be a simple way to do this
Can anyone help?

Perhaps it's below out-of-sight. Some browser's pages don't always scroll properly. Try zooming out more.

Thanks @maxredhall
You can also give us a call on 07953 966 250 from any phone and choose top-up and follow the instructions, does this work for you?

I’m in EXACTLY the same position, having tried on multiple devices. I feel like I have wasted my money, not to mention my time. The joke is, I’m trying to spend more money! Very, very frustrated. When I tried to complain, I filled in form and it wouldn’t send...... because I hadn’t clicked the non existent captcha, again! It’s a joke!

Welcome to the community, @Jemm555
I'm sorry to hear that you have this problem as well. Did you try on a different device or browser? That sometimes helps with this.

I ended up calling the number, but do not find this convenient or as advertised. There is clearly an issue with the security system that needs addressing.
