Hi I bought a plan is 120gb 5g data as ee advertise, but it's only showing 60gb data on my account. Please sort this out.

Have you checked under the add-on section of your MyEE app to establish if the extra data is showing?
If there is nothing then give EE CS a call on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
