So I got an early upgrade with trade in the other day. The device I wanted is out of stock so I have to wait 21 days to receive it however I had a text yesterday say that I need to return my old device by the 29th of this month and then I received an email today telling me that I need to return it by the 28th? And I’m a bit confused as to which date I’m actually supposed to return my old device?
also these dates are in around 14 days so does this mean I have to be without a phone for a week while I wait for the device I ordered to be in stock?

Hi @Ab37
The emails you have received are on the basis you are receiving the handset. If this is delayed then it wouldn't be reasonable for you to be without a handset as a result.
If you call EE CS on 150 to confim because you don't want to be at a disadvantage for something outside your control.
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
