Tracking order

I received an order confirmation for a sim card I ordered on the 30/05/2020. It said my estimated delivery date was the 2nd June. I know there can be delays in service which is why I tried to track my order with the tool you provided on your site. When trying this it kept saying my order confirmation number was in an invalid format, I tried typing it out many times as it is just a list of 12 numbers and it still wouldn't work so I am not able to track it.
