Porting old number to new phone

I signed up to EE from o2 and gave pac code details when signing up. How long does it take to port over the new telephone number?? Thanks

Welcome to the community.

 

It usually takes up to 48 hours to complete a number port.

 

If you've waiting longer than this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team who can check the port status for you.
