The confirmation of my order shows the incorrect device

I have ordered an iPhone11 Pro 64g but the confirmation of my order shows an iPhone 11 128g. How do I rectify this situation without holding on the phone for an hour?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you call 0800 317 720 a customer service advisor will be able to cancel your order and place a new order for the correct device you won't need to queue for a hour.
