Ordered new phone. Need to know expected delivery

Hi, 

 

My phone recently broke. I have placed an order for a new iPhone 11. 

I received an email immediately after this order to say 'Please call us to discuss your order' which I can't do as my phone is broken. 

I then talked to someone on the chat service who said, "there is no order attached to your account so there was probably an issue with your order and you would need to contact Digital Sales." I was then provided with a number to call but as I have previously said my phone has broken and I have no way of ringing that number at this time. 

I would like an update of my order and to know that it will be delivered shortly.

@Lucy52   Until you call to resolve the this there is no order coming to you.  Customer services want to speak with you so you have to call.
