My mobile account has been suspended due to my outstanding balance. This is due to being at hospital having operations and I have just returned back to work. I’m trying to get in touch with customer service to inform them of when my account will be cleared however there is no live chat available and I am constantly in a que when I ring. Is there another way I am able to get in touch with someone from the customer service team? Thanks

Hi, my account has been suspended due to my outstanding bill. I have been out of work due to having an operation and haven’t been able to afford to keep up to my monthly bill. I have tried the get help pages to chat to the collection team online however there is no option for this. With my account suspended I am unable to call and I don’t have another phone to use to make the call. Is there another way to sort this?
