I’m trying to apply a friends and family discount but because I have a 10 percent loyalty discount automatically applied the website won’t let me add the voucher code, the contact centre said they can’t apply the code and it needs to be done online. Any suggestions on how to resolve - other than ending my contract, starting a new one and porting my number over (which seems very convoluted!!).

According to the T&C you can only use one discount:
When it is time to upgrade, customers will be able to retain their F&F discount. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other employee offers or monthly recurring discounts and is not available with any Connected Watch Plans.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.
They will be able to access your account and see what is going on.
