Still waiting for my new phone to be dispatched...

I ordered a new phone on EE on Wednesday and this was confirmed. However I haven’t been given a dispatch notice, it’s now Sunday. Should I be worried?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I have and it still says it’s waiting confirmation. However I received a confirmation message as soon as I placed the order on Wednesday.
