Hey!
So I've been having trouble with my order attempts when trying to order a new sim (switching to EE).
The entire order process goes as you'd expect, up until it reaches payment verification - it checks with Lloyds to confirm the payment information, before replacing the little square where the payment verification was with the EE homepage - any attempts to go back or return to a previous order page send me straight back to the EE homepage, basket empty and order complete (no emails, no debits, nothing).
I was wondering whether anyone else had a similar experience or problem and could elaborate/help?

Could you try clearing your cookies and cache and opening a new web browse to see if this works for you?
Are you using a mobile device to place the order?
