Bank declining payment?

Hello,

I received an email saying my order for my phone had been successful and that I had to await another email regarding the shipping etc. 3 days later I received an email saying my bank declined my payment and that there was a problem with the card details I provided. I rang my bank and they said there was no issue and didn't know why it didn't go through? I have reordered the phone by doing all the steps again and I'm wondering if it's likely that it'll just get declined at last minute again?

Is your bank card registered to the same address you provided for your order?
