Status isn’t changing and something isn’t right

I placed an upgrade order yesterday but status doesn’t seem to be changing and now been told that may not be in stock but even online it still states in stock and available to order for 1 day. I ordered oppo a16s and don’t know what’s happening can anyone shead any light on the issue. Thanks

I have checked and can see this is definitely in stock.

 

I would recommend giving our customer care team a call to ensure your order is progressing.

I did earlier, told me should change towards this afternoon but still remains the same. So not 100% sure what to do next. Thanks for your response

Thanks for response. No still says order placed and not moved to next step. The device is in stocks. I’ve heard nothing from DPD. I’m going contact agen later on. Thanks agen
