Upgrade with blue light card discount code

I’m looking to upgrade my phone and use a blue light code against it, but I can’t find where to enter the voucher/code details! 

I have got as far as the checkout and can’t see a section at all to enter the code. Any help or ideas?

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

 

When you select the phone and plan, you can add the discount code on the Benefits page of the EE Shop before you get to checkout.

 

This shows as 'Got a gift voucher'.

Did you get the code from the EE Perk Portal and not a third party app?

it was through the blue light card app that we have the code. We just used it directly from there.

I see, you would need to log into the EE Perk Portal and get a code from there for this to work. 

 

You can register here, if you have not done this already 🙂

Hi @Leanne_T  we have done this and it’s still coming up as ‘sorry that vouchers not valid’

@Leanne_T @It doesn’t say it has any discount on it. 

I have  tried the code against 2 different phones & plans to check if it was the plan I had originally selected but it didn’t work for either.
