i think this only happens to wireless devices.

Jon_K
Former EE Employee

Hi @hartyface.

Does this happen with all devices?

Are you able to reconnect them?

Jon

Sometimes I can reconnect other times I have to restart the router, everything loses connection.

Strangely the Google home still work though smart TV, phones,  consoles do not

Unless @XRaySpeX or another user can understand why this is happening, I'd recommend speaking to our broadband technical support team, @hartyface.
