Split order

Hi 

I called to upgrade to iPhone 12 and we upgraded my daughter’s phone to the same on the same phone call. My daughters phone arrived Wednesday and I still haven’t heard anything about mine after being told on the phone latest they would both be with us was yesterday (Thursday). Checking my order confirmation I haven’t moved from order confirmation. We made sure both phones were in stock before ordering.

i have had no communication from DPD at all. We didn’t have any with the first phone either it just appeared! Was lucky it was an evening and we were in

Unfortunately despite having a designated time of 19:40-20:40 my delivery has not arrived. On the tracker I watched as the driver went right past my house. !!
