No, I need to see the router stats as you did in Post 5. I'm now not interested in any speed tests. It's all going on in your router.

What about the QLT?

Which EE BB product did you move from/to?

Still the same it's really puzzling my last week when first put it on speeds were 21,25,23 and my upload was always around 5

A Mod has moved this post after someone posted in your thread.

Your router is still using readytoconnect rather than your username and password. A factory reset might pull through your username and password.

Your line is being restricted to 10/2 either by DLM or the wrong configuration.

Unless @Xrayspex1  comes up with something good, I think you will need to ring CS to get things sorted.

I'll ask you again, what are the exact names of the EE BB products you moved from/to? I've a suspicion you are still stuck on the old one.

What are all the estimates EE gave you when you upgraded? You'll find them in your MyEE for BB under "My BB Speed".

@Mustrum : The EE Smart routers are a bit funny that way. They sometimes show the default readytoconnect@fs on that page even when connected properly, while showing the user's own BB Username on the BB Status page, or is it v.v.? There wouldn't be connection if that were true, but there is & it isn't.

@Ann1959 : Why were you given a white EE Smart Router & not a black Smart Hub? You don't have G.Fast or FTTP. You still haven't told me between which EE products you switched, which I believe is key to this.

Ah, that explains the Smart Router & the upgrade. Do you still have the Brightbox 2? Can you put that back in & post its router stats?

I'm still awaiting the EE estimates from your MyEE for BB.
