i really do struggle to see how ee has won 8 years in a row the best network you are SHOCKING and says more about how poor of a standard there is in mobile sector nothing EVER works and never any questions answered haven't been able to get into my EE account for 10months shame on you and shame on your slow, unreliable, never working rubbish

Do you get any error messages when you try to log into your My EE account? If so, what does it say?

@Jjb1990 Call customer service and request that they reset your account. Your account access has nothing todo with the network the network is the cellular signal you receive
