Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my phone contract but every time I get to checkout I get a error message saying “sorry.. site down for maintenance” is this just me or am I missing something about maintenance this weekend?
Would it not be useful to have another way to put through discount code for occassions like this? I've been in store and phoned up this weekend and been told I can only use my discount online, but the site seems to be completely wrecked with no indication that EE is even aware of what the issue is, nevermind how to fix it.
I don't really get why I can't phone up and give my discount code.
Thanks Katie, I already replied to your DM, I was just putting the suggestion there, as the problem would have been solved days ago if it was possible for me to place an order over the phone or in store.
