After getting to the payment section and your website going down for maintenance and than some customer service guy does it to be told a week later he dint do it he just addedd it to the account and not sent stock to me fuming especially when it was live at 8 29 and i was at paying section when you decided to take website down for maintanance wven though you did it the night before you need a ticketing swrvice if it goes down as you dont inform anyone when your website goes back live very livied as ive bwen told poeple are just selling them on for profit and powple like me want onw for xmas come on ee make it fair for everyone not just a first come first serve basis

The PlayStation®5 consoles we offered were subject to availability, and we’ve had a huge response by customers wanting to purchase them from us. We’re sorry you haven’t managed to get one this time.  
 

If you haven't already, I'd recommend registering your interest for the PlayStation 5 so that you'll be notified when more stock becomes available.

Please read what i am saying you dont do the drop at 8.30you did it earlier which is a bit shifty and sill i was at payment page at 8.30 and you decided to take page downfor maintenance when you already did it that night you need a ticketing system for this
