Sorry .. site down for maintenance.

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my phone contract but every time I get to checkout I get a error message saying “sorry.. site down for maintenance” is this just me or am I missing something about maintenance this weekend?

Also having this same issue trying to upgrade. Go to payment and says site under maintenance. Have tried 2 computers, 3 different browsers and my phone, all resulting in same issue. I dont want to phone up to place my order as I want to claim the topcashback £120 offer

Have also been having this issue since Friday. Don't know why this thread is marked as 'solved', the PIN code thing is not part of why I'm having problems. Like others have said, I can't process my order either online or in store because I'm trying to use a F&F discount code which can only be done online, but I must have seen the "site under maintenance" error 30 times over the past few days. Any chance of any help on this? I can't seem to get live webchat to come up on the site either.

I’m starting to think they don’t want anybody to use any discounts…

Tired again and again today on different browsers (please EE don't ask me again if I have tried a different browser)  still getting no where with this.

I too have tried as many different browsers and devices as I have.

You only need to spend a few minutes on here to see this is a wide ranging issue and I've seen nothing official from EE acknowledging it.  This really shouldn't be marked as solved - it's not acknowledged let alone solved.
