Hi, my sim has been dispatched 9 days ago. I've received text asking how was my delivery, I have received the bill and DPD delivered free gift. But I don't have the SIM, nor it has been left with my neighbours. When I try to contact EE, I'm asked my phone number, which I don't know.
Is the only option now to visit EE store?

If you give us a call on 0800 956 6000, no number will be needed. Our Mobile Care team can check the order and send you another SIM card.
