Hi all,
I upgraded on 30th September to the iPhone 13 pro max 256gb sierra blue. I paid the £50 upgrade fee. I saw last night there's delays with the phone. Checked my bank and the £50 has just vanished, it's not been debited from the account but it's not pending. Any ideas? I'm confused 😕

They might not take the deposit until the phone is ready to be dispatched.
But give EE a call it may be the order hasn't fully gone through.

That just can't happen! Either the bank is wrong or you looked it up wrong. Money can't just disappear from a bank a/c, regardless of what EE does or doesn't do. It is either recorded as being debited or it is pending in which case it is not yet taken off your balance.
