Can’t buy a new PAYG pack.

I cancelled my previous PAYG £10 pack and want to buy a £15 pack to start straightaway. I have £20 credit. Tried to do it by texting PACK15 to 150 but nothing happens, I just get back a text saying that I still have a pack. Can I buy a new pack and start it please?

Did your credit go down? If so try texting NOW to 150.
