Upgrade

It says that i am eligble for an upgrade but when i click the start upgrade button, it takes me to an error page. Even if i press on the my shop button it takes me to an error page.

No it still says the same error page, on every device I’ve tried

For about a week now & yes I have but have not heard anything back
