Sim not provisioned

Bought a new phone and activated my sim. Smashed the screen and put sim in my old handset, while waiting for phone to be fixed. New phone is fixed, but I've tried putting sim card back in and it's saying it is not provisioned. Not sure how to activate it, or what to do, as on EE you seem to need the old sim to activate yhe new one, but i don't have the old sim from my previous handset anymore. Can someone please help?

Hi yeah sorry, shortly after posting this I fixed it. Just needed to
restart my phone and it's worked!
