Sim not provisioned help

Hello,
I am still waiting on my SIM to be provisioned after around 24 hours and I've been unable to get through to anyone via calling the helpdesk/the chat bot.
I've transferred from a Samsung S10 to an S21 and my old phone is also getting the "sim not provisioned" message so it seems that the first half of the transfer has happened but still no luck on my new phone?
Is there any suggestions of what to do other than just wait?

Have you tried restarting your new phone?
When did you register your new SIM?

I just managed to get through to one of your customer service reps and they've sold the problem for me now!
